We aim to inspire a comprehensive approach to CX, focusing on the customer’s entire journey, including their needs and emotions. We believe that businesses prioritising CX see enhanced customer satisfaction and growth. Our mission is to improve relationships with employees and customers by placing their needs first. Muss is an experienced professional and active speaker who is passionate about having a “Customer First” mindset.

His career spans nearly two decades and includes experience working across many disciplines, such as Customer Experience, Holistic Experience, Behavioural Science, Insight, and Analytics.

He has proven his credibility by consistently delivering successful projects where he developed and enhanced customer journey experiences through clear strategies, including the implementation of reporting and insights in both customer and business-focused projects.

He has worked extensively with clients and agencies, as well as with one of the top 4 Management Consultancies, gaining valuable insight into both perspectives. Muss has a cross-sector understanding of Retail and Financial Services.

Recently, he founded RU-CX, a training service that aims to help businesses create a memorable experience that “touches the soul of their consumer” and create a more collaborative and efficient service to increase customer loyalty, growth, and profitability.
